Astrology is our tool for discovering the great intimacy of the universe. We are all so much more connected than most of us believe. Just the very impulse to read the stars has been followed by humans the world over since ancient times!

 

Even my own ancestors have been deeply touched by this tradition, as it is said that Avraham, the first Jew and founder of the Abrahamic religions, through his deep connection to God, was the worlds first astrologer. To this day Jews celebrate each other with the astrological expression "Mazal Tov," which means "congratulations," but translates literally as "Good Stars / Zodiac / Fate!"
